VP, Compliance Officer recruitment
Job Responsibilities: -
• Work with Chief Compliance Officer, Asset Management, APAC in running strategic global and regional business / compliance projects e.g. SG hubbing project, transfer of Fixed Income team to Singapore, AM cross border initiatives
• Responsible for the application and maintenance of the additional licenses required for building up the Emerging Markets hub in Singapore
• Develop and maintain Compliance program for the AM Singapore business
• Review marketing materials in accordance with AM standards and cross border requirements for South Asia
• Develop and perform trade surveillance on investment management activities
• Monitor compliance with AM Cross Border Compliance framework for APAC
• Develop, prepare and conduct Compliance training
The Requirements:-
• A degree holder
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in compliance/regulatory profession preferable in the asset management industry
• Ability to think independently, identify relevant information and exercise judgment. Regional and global mindset
• Excellent project management and organizational skills and able to prioritize effectively
• Ability to work under pressure without compromising quality
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Team player
Language
• Fluent in English. Chinese language abilities would be advantageous
