VP Credit Analyst – Shanghai, China | APAC recruitment
The bank covers many transactions including LBO, event driven, ECM and Private equity a investments who are keen to increase their involvement in the credit space.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a fund which growing rapidly and therefore offering the opportunity to move quickly towards portfolio management.
You should have strong commercial acumen and a solid drive to move towards credit analysis, leveraged finance. The level of hire depends on the candidate however you should be able to demonstrate depth of experience in this space and prove in interview that you are experienced enough to support the fixed income portfolio manager and lead the research effort. All applicants should be based in Asia however ideally those already based in Shanghai will be at an advantage due to the lack of relocation required.
Sell side applicants will be considered.
In order to apply for the role you must :-
- Have experience working as a credit analyst with strong background on the sell side, understand of debt
- Have the ability to work in a marketing standpoing fund therefore background (accountant or investment banker is a plus)
- Have a proven record in evaluating high yield bonds in the space.
