VP Credit Risk – Project Manager / Business Analyst recruitment
Role Details:
• Implementation and management of Quality Controls across the end-to-end Credit Risk process.
• Ensuring optimal balance of onshore/offshore activities through process reviews and re-engineering.
• Independently supervising compliance with regulations and Credit Risk policies.
• Forensic analysis of credit exposure and RWA, driving efficiency opportunities where feasible.
• Working in collaboration with Credit Risk Officers, middle-office and technology departments to ensure effective risk management.
• Stakeholder management to prioritise and drive projects.
• Driving project management and business analysis activities relating to enhancements to the Credit Risk framework.
Required Skill Set:
• Numerate undergraduate degree in Maths / Economics / Physics or related subject.
• Experience in a credit risk environment.
• Highly motivated, analytical self-starter committed to getting the job done.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills, patience and attention to detail.
• Strong MS skills in both Excel PowerPoint.
