VP, Curriculum Design – Financial Institution recruitment
You will be responsible for providing project management, consulting and design expertise and support to the Talent and Learning function to ensure development of world-class Talent and Learning products and services across the firm. You will need to work seamlessly with the Talent and Learning Operations function to ensure they execute the development interventions in an integrated way and partner with the Leadership and Management Facilitator Coach for facilitator training and programme evaluation and Leadership Development Managers to facilitate and maintain programmes.
Key responsibilities
Strategy
- Support the development of the group talent and learning strategy to ensure we have are focused on building the necessary capabilities of internal talent required to deliver on the firms aspirations.
- Provide thought leadership on curriculum design of people development practices and methodologies that are appropriate for the multi-generational and diverse workforce across our clients global footprint.
Programme Design
- To consult with the Business and Country Talent Heads to understand their leadership and management development needs so they are included in any pan-firm solution and that appropriate sponsorship, engagement and alignment is achieved.
- To be the group expert of curriculum design principles and ensure that all programmes are scoped, developed and designed with full business sponsorship and agreement from the Talent and Learning Product Governance Committe.
- Establish a framework for the design and development of leadership and management interventions to ensure optimal learner experience and capability development.
- To partner with Head of Talent and Learning Operations to ensure the appropriate channel for management and learning is used to optimise learning transfer and investment for the firm.
You will be a graduate preferably with a background in adult learning or instructional design with experience developing leadership and talent development interventions for a global organisation with a complex geographical structure.
