VP / Director, M&A and Corporate Advisory recruitment
Having successfully completed a number of mandated transactions, and with an extremely busy deal pipeline, this globally regarded international bank is looking to add an experienced MA specialist at the VP/Director level to its Advisory team.
The team operates as a specialist in the market, and is well known for the transactions they have executed and their level of expertise in this key sector.
Working alongside the Head of Advisory, this integral hire will oversee the successful execution of all transactions as well as have direct origination responsibility to secure both MA, Capital Markets and Debt Advisory mandates for the business.
It is envisaged that the incumbent will be an experienced deal-maker at the VP/Director level, with a proven track record in originating and executing Australian based advisory work (mid or large cap) in either MA execution, or Agricultural / Industrial sectors, and will be looking to consolidate this experience within a dynamic, ambitious and supportive organization.
