Due to expansion, they are looking to build out their offering across Europe so seek the addition of a number of mid-senior level bankers with local networks or language skills pertaining to particular jurisdictions. Individuals will also have excellent academics and a demonstrable track record of executing deals within the small-mid cap technology market.

The role will be based in London initially although there could be some flexibility on this in the medium term.
