VP/ Director – Strategy – FTSE Insurance Company recruitment
Our client is a FTSE insurance firm.
They have a Corporate Development and Strategy team in London, who work on corporate strategy, business development and non organic growth initiatives. They are now looking to add a VP Corporate Strategy to their team.
The focus of the role will be the formulation of corporate strategy for the business, as well as assisting with MA activity. This would involve blue sky thinking, competitor analysis, the formulation of strategies within new and existing markets. You will work at Board level as well as with business operations, driving the implementation of strategy across the business.
There is some flexibility around the level of candidate they can hire, but is suitable for those up to Engagement Manager/ similar with a consulting firm and probably up to Director level in another financial services group. Candidates will have financial services experience and ideally very knowledge of the insurance industry. Candidates will probably have 7/ 8 years minimum experience.
