The Vice President, Enterprise Service Quality will build, manage, define and implement the methodologies, processes, procedures, systems and schedules as required to establish an enterprise service quality program. This quality service program will include both operational and software engineering quality programs which provide cost effective operations and exceptional client servicing and support.

Build and maintain both automated and manual quality assurance organization supporting the SXC software products and services. This service will need to provide a cost effective, scalable, methodology and include the appropriate continuous process improvement metrics to ensure upstream software engineering and business requirement process are reducing their overall defect rate.

Maintain a corporate reliability function where all service related defects are reviewed and addressed to ensure that root cause and preventative measures are appropriately employed.

Establish enterprise wide quality and service metrics and champion continuous process improvement programs.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Must have excellent analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong background in Total Quality Management methodologies.

4-5 years working knowledge of the Healthcare / PBM market.

2-3 years working knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.

Knowledge of Quality Assurance principles and processes.

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field from a four-year college or university;
- 8-10 years experience in Quality Assurance Environment
- 5 years managing a quality Assurance team.
- Thorough demonstrable knowledge of SXC products
