Our Company
Legacy Healthcare is a start-up dermatology specialty pharma, founded in 2006 by senior executives of the pharmaceutical industry and entrepreneurs of the healthcare field. Legacy is a private company, funded and fully owned by its individual founders.
At Legacy, we focus our efforts in developing, patenting and manufacturing new innovative healthcare products. Sales and marketing is licensed-out to commercial partners worldwide.
Since inception, Legacy has been a “born global company”, with operations today in the US, China, Japan, Brazil (for Latin-America) and the Philippines (for South-Asia).
In 2010, Legacy launched its first products, addressing hair and scalp conditions, based on an innovative active ingredient and nine pre-clinical and clinical studies.
Strengthened by this first success, the company is now entering into a new stage of its growth, through the development of new healthcare products in the field of dermatology and supportive oncology.
In this perspective Legacy Healthcare needs to strengthen its organization and is looking for a young talented professional in order to take charge of finance and administration.
The position
As VP Finance Administration, you will work closely and report directly to the company’s President.
Your scope of action covers both “Operational” and “Strategic” responsibilities.
From the Operational stand-point, your responsibilities cover:
- Budgeting, planning and controlling
- Coordination of accounting (for the holding company, Switzerland and France), with external accountants
- KPIs determination, collection and analysis
- Relation with corporate stakeholders (bank, insurance, administrations etc …)
- Tax management
- Company secretary (coordinating the lawyers’ work)
- Administration
- Management of your team, once more staff will be required
- And more as company’s needs evolve.
From the Strategic stand-point, you will be involved in:
- Valuation of company’s assets (IP, products etc …)
- Assistance to Business Development Commercial team for financial related matter
- And more as company’s needs evolve.
The company has been relying on external financial support so far. The VP Finance Administration will be the first person of the Finance Administration department. Hands-on and autonomy are paramount.

The position is based in Lausanne.
The VP Finance and Administration is part of the Management Committee.
Your profile
The successful candidate will have 4/5 years professional experience in financial audit or consultancy (Big four or equivalent).
The candidate needs to be an excellent organizer and multi-task person, capable of autonomous decision making, but also of properly communication and exchanging, be highly organized, and a good team player.
Fluent French and English are expected.
You are expected to be and experienced user of Office Suite (Advanced in Excel), and have a solid understanding of financial systems (i.e.: Cognos) and IT.
