VP – Finance Change Project Manager
You will be running a number of projects across the function with the main one being the delivery of a new target operating model (TOM). You will be expected to work closely with a team of business analysts, to document the current state through to future state. You will be involved in the strategy of some major projects within the finance change department as well as having immediate line responsibility and headcount to hire.
This is an extremely visible area of the bank which has received huge investment over the past 18 months, with projects fully funded until at least 2015.
You will be expected to be well versed in the Decision and Support function of another investment bank, as well as have a background / interest in working with a finance TOM. You will be expected to have a thorough understanding of Budgeting, Forecasting, Management Reporting, Cost Control, Allocations and Project accounting. It is not 100% required for you to be a qualified accountant, however it would be a big advantage in this position.
