VP HR Business Partner, Hong Kong – Global Bank recruitment
Our client is a leading US financial services provider with operations spread across several countries in Asia Pacific. With growth imminent, the need has arisen to recruit an HR professional of the highest calibre, to be based in their Regional Headquarters in HK.
US Bank - Asia Pacific Business Partner role
Reporting directly to the Regional HR Director you will provide HR advisory support to and head up the Regional Technology Operations division with a population mainly based in Hong Kong. Your focus will be to develop existing HR practices as well as to implement new initiatives. Your role will be a front line position, in which you will be responsible for a diverse range of activities including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and training development, always acting on a consultative basis.
The successful candidate will be degree educated with a strong track record in Human Resources management and a minimum of 8 years' experience, mostly gained within the the Banking sector. An energetic, flexible approach is required, together with exceptional interpersonal skills. Above all you must have the gravitas to build credibility with line stakeholders. Fluency in English is a pre-requisite with Cantonese and Mandarin being advantageous.
