VP, Infrastructure Project Finance Credit Officer
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage the provision of Corporate Finance support to the operating business;
• Manage the Finance function for the development, negotiation and execution of new business opportunities in the North American market;
• Manage the recruitment, development and training of Financial Analysts;
• Procure suitable and financially favorable financing for new projects and existing assets;
• Manage and enhance relationships with key external stakeholders;
• Interface between Treasury and the North American business; and,
• Understand and ensure compliance with internal and external obligations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree, Finance, Business preferred;
• Experience in Corporate Finance and Treasury in a Project Finance environment
• Management capabilities including the ability to manage and develop staff;
• Experience in investment evaluation
• Experience in multi-disciplinary projects and in working with Legal, Tax, Finance, Business
• Outstanding analytical skills and understanding of Financial Management and its relativity to financial analysis and modeling;
• Strong and proven ability to work with MS Excel and build complex financial models; and,
• Ability to present ideas, findings and recommendations in a clear and engaging way.

The successful candidate will have Five Years plus Infrastructure Project Finance Credit experience.
