The Role
You will be responsible for institutional business development and overall relationship management in South East Asia. You will research potential clients and competitors, and develop and maintain business relationships with prospects, clients and consultants in Singapore and South East Asia.
You will respond to sales enquiries or requests completely, accurately and in a timely manner. You will work closely with other business groups on business propositions, product offerings and cross sell opportunities. Ensure compliance with all relevant internal instructions and external regulatory requirements
Your Profile
You have minimum 5-7 years of experience in asset management institutional business development. Proven track record and experience of building successful business relationships within one or more key client segments (corporates, banks, sovereign wealth, pensions, insurers etc). You have good understanding of institutional investment market and industry practice, financial and investment concepts, performance and risk analytics and institutional investment strategies and products.
Prior regional experience is ideal. You are team player and self starter. Strong in communications and adept in managing key relationships. You have a university degree, preferably in a finance or marketing discipline, coupled with certifications in CMFAS Modules 3, 5, 6 and 6A. A relevant post graduate qualification such as an MBA, or CFA qualification would be an added advantage.
