VP Java Developers recruitment
This is a fantastic opportunity for outstanding Java Developers to work on exciting and cutting edge green field platform build out for global business. The role is well suited for technically driven individuals who are keen to build the project from scratch.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a hands-on developer on writing Greenfield mission critical software on large scale, high volume, multi threaded server side systems
- To design smart and scalable solutions done using agile development methodologies
- Creating Automated Unit Tests using Flexible/Open Source Frameworks using a Test Driven Development approach
- To work and liaise directly with the key business users to understand and deliver to project objectives
Requirements of the role:
- 8+ years of experience with Core Java, multithreading development
- Strong messaging background (JMS, Tibco)
- A strong analytical and logical approach to system design and development
- Experience with use of open source technologies like spring and hibernate
- Experience working on High Throughput Mission Critical High Performance STP Platforms
- Good OO design skills in n-tier architectures
- Experience with multiple OS - Windows, Unix and Linux
- Good experience working in a investment or corporate banking environment
