VP Lead Business Analyst – Cash Management – Business Change
The role is within the cash management product team at a major London based corporate bank. Reporting to very senior stakeholders in an area with huge growth potential, this exciting opportunity is perfect for a lead BA looking to develop their skill set in this major inter-continental cash management expansion. The company employs over 150,000 people in more than 50 countries, demonstrating significant promotion prospects.
Main duties and functions of the role include:
Owning and running a number of project streams.
Mentoring AVP BA's
Assess, develop and implement new or enhanced target operating model (TOM).
Define and align business and operational designs and strategies.
Provide objective analytical insight to key stakeholders based on information extracted from subject matter experts.
Deliver and present top quality business analysis as required by the project plan
A quality candidate will have:
Strong record of development of business requirements documentation.
Experience of business operating model (BOM) design.
Track record working in a control environment, including risk management.
History of successful delivery of one or more business change projects.
Working knowledge of complex financial services environment.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Good internal and external communication skills, able to clearly convey complex messages.
Education to degree level, or demonstrable equivalent experience.
