VP, Learning & Development (Finance) – Global Bank recruitment

Our client is a leading global bank with strong recent results and growing operations throughout Asia Pacific. The need has arisen to recruit a senior Learning Development professional of the highest calibre to join their team.

As a Program Director for Finance, you will be responsible for the carrying out needs assessments and defining the learning strategy for Finance. Working closely with global and regional stakeholders, you are expected to translate business objectives into a Learning Talent Development plan for the business, as well as defining measures of success and tracking these.

You will be accountable for managing the end-to-end delivery of business learning products, ensuring that standards and governance are met. In addition, you will be partnering with the Leadership Management Development team to define business specific needs, identifying and delivering suitable solutions that contribute to the development of Finance leadership. The successful candidate will gain excellent exposure and a career development platform in a global organization with a strong focus on learning.

To be successful in this position, you should have Finance or related experience with the ability to effectively manage key relationships / stakeholders. Leadership management skills are essential, with top-notch written and verbal communication skills. Ideally you should have an understanding of change management techniques, talent management knowledge and Learning Development experience.
