VP- Legal and Compliance, Top Tier Private Equity Fund recruitment
You will be working with an experienced regional legal and compliance team and be instrumental in helping expand the firm's presence into the region.
Duties include
- Ensuring legal and compliance of the funds based in Singapore (fund documentation, corporate issues, coordinating investment committees, board minutes)
- Managing the licensing and regulatory compliance for the firm's business in Asia
- Making regulatory filings and coordinating with MAS where necessary
- Marketing materials review for ASia
- AML Compliance
- Compliance training
- Contract review
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual interested in working with a top tier firm. Legally qualified, you should have at least 5-7 years of relevant experience with a global asset manager or top tier investment bank in their legal and compliance department. You should have ideally worked in more than one country and be well versed regional regulatory requirements. Effective written and verbal communication skills will be key to your success
