VP – MIS & Sales Management Lead recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Ownership of the sales incentive programme and tracking the periodic results
- Maintain and upkeep related data warehouse while streamlining the executions for MIS reports in a timely and efficient manner with quality results
- Conduct studies into similar programmes from competitors to establish requirements in keeping the firm’s competitive edge
- Coordinate business planning with other stakeholders for the firm’s reports and analytics to attain business objectives
Requirements:
- University Graduate in Business, MIS, Finance, or related disciplines
- Minimum of 8 years relevant working experience within a financial firm
- Minimum of 5 years working experience as a team lead for Business/Sales Analytics, working with decision making tools
- Experienced working directly with stakeholders and presenting reports to senior managers
- Knowledge in MIS reporting, and relevant tools to the decision making process
