Structured Trade Finance Manager recruitment
The Company
Our client is one of the largest commodities trading MNCs in the world. They are currently expanding their operations in the region.
The Role
You will originate new counterparts, opportunities and transactions for structured trade finance together with the business development team. You will work with financial institutions to implement financing for projects and structures, including fixed asset projects, complex trade finance transactions, and bilateral facilities. You may also assist the Corporate Finance team in corporate transactions when required.
On an on-going basis, you will monitor and assess risk exposure and help to manage the deal portfolio. You will also submit credit proposals to the credit committee in an efficient and timely manner.
Your Profile
You will have significant experience in structured trade finance for the oil/metals industry, specifically in Asia and or the Middle East and preferably in a deal origination capacity. You will have strong knowledge of risk cover placement and key industry players, as well as the ability to work in a fast paced environment that requires multi-tasking and good problem solving skills.
