VP of Social Media Chase Home Lending (Columbus, OH)
As the VP of Social Media you will report to the Head of Digital and serve as the chief social media strategist for the line of business, working closely with the Digital Marketing and Online Mobile Product Strategy groups among others. You will create digital strategies to connect and integrate Chase's products and services into social platforms, aligning with our business and technology goals. You'll also help conceive innovative, scalable, and efficient social media components for marketing campaigns that drive awareness, consideration, and purchase of Chase products. The ideal candidate has deep digital marketing expertise either working within a digital agency or leading social media for a major US consumer brand. You are experienced in creating social media marketing constructs and integrating social products by design. And you have deep experience building organic audiences in order to leverage social media to increase awareness and engagement. Develop the social media vision, construct a strategy and roadmap, and execute on it Create and execute innovative, integrated social experiences for digital products and marketing programs, engaging consumers and key influencers within the home buying and mortgage processes Create accountability for social marketing and product efforts, set goals, and share learning examples Build relationships with key internal stakeholders, leveraging the full weight of internal expertise and standards to develop winning programs Develop relationships within leading social media platforms Select and manage external agencies to help create and deliver social media plans
