VP Operational Risk & Business Continuity Relationship Manager recruitment
The successful candidate will be joining the Group Operational Risk and Business Continuity Management function of a leading Investment Bank as a VP Operational Risk Business Continuity Relationship Management. The overall Group function reports into the businesses Chief Risk Officer, a member of the Management Board.
The ORBCM function has the following responsibilities:-
Design, establish, maintain and update the operational risk framework, including:
Principles and other policies and procedures related to the management of operational risk;
Quantification methodologies
Operational Risk Limits, excesses and related processes
Operational Risk Management Information Framework
Review, quarterly, the operational risk profile of individual Divisions
Prepare a Group Operational Risk strategy for submission to the Group Operational Risk Management Committee reflecting the Divisional Operational Risk strategies
Recommend Group Operational Risk limits for endorsement by the Group Operational Risk Management Committee.
Oversight of Business Continuity Management compliance
It is important that the successful candidate has an INVESTMENT BANKING background coupled with experience of implementing and designing OPERATIONAL RISK FRAMEWORKS ideally to AMA level. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established financial institution.
