VP – Operations Change Manager recruitment
Our client, a highly reputable and credible firm are looking to add to their Change Management team. The firm are renowned for looking after employees, internal mobility, strong performance and succeeding in the challenging market.
The Role: Managing a team of three and owning the process from start to finish. Three key components; Change Management, Operations and IT support. You will need all three of the components to ensure success. Product knowledge should be Fixed Income and Commodities. In terms of Operations exposure, to have worked in a Trade Support environment would be the ideal. IT knowledge is key to understand the projects, the requirements and ensure the firm get the most from it.
You: VP level already, experience in managing a small team, Asia exposure, specifically emerging markets, Fixed Income and commodities knowledge, exposure to ALL three of the mentioned areas above.
