Our client is a premier global private bank with an established brand name and significant presence in Asia Pacific. There is now an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and dynamic individual to be part of its operations team.
Managing a sizeable team in within operations, you will be responsible for records management for the bank's Singapore and Hong Kong hubs. As part of the bank's strategic initiatives, you will play a key role in driving the implementation of new processes or process change, as well as ensure active management of operational risks, and in the sharing of best practices. You will work closely with senior stakeholders providing information and structuring guidance where necessary.
You are degree qualified with relevant experience gained in project management or business management in major banks. You have strong analytical, conceptual, problem solving and communication skills. You are strategic, hands on, and demonstrate strong interpersonal, client service and leadership skills.
