VP Operations recruitment

A well-known global bank is currently looking to add value to their boutique Operations team with a Vice President level professional that can act as a support to the Operations Manager.

You will have around 4 direct reports that cover 6 teams, product wise you will have oversight across FX / MM, OTC Derivatives, Listed Derivatives and Equities.

In addition to acting as a 2IC to the Operations Manager and running the BAU you will also be involved in training / mentoring staff as well as projects – process improvements, stream lining functions.

If you come from a strong operations background covering Settlement, have strong Treasury product knowledge and have progressed to a VP level then this is definitely an opportunity you should consider.
