VP – Physical Commodities Product Control, SINGAPORE recruitment
This global investment bank is growinging within the Asia Pacific region and is seeking an experienced individual in physical commodites product control to join their dynamic business locally in their Singapore head office. The position will report to the Head of Physical Commodites product control and will be a senior appointment within the team with leadership duties.
Responsibilities include:
- Producing the daily PL, controlling the balance sheet and ensuring that assets are reflected correctly
- Maintaining both the PL and balance sheet for the business
- Assisting with both the processes and controls in place around the balance sheet, and other general business control functions within the team
- Monthly investor reproting, price testing and reconciliation to the ledgers
- Present control risks to senior business heads and stakeholders
- Lead a small team of associates
It is expected that you will have strong physcial commodities product control experience and will have a desire to further develop in this area. Relevant degree or accounting qualification is desirable.
