VP PMO London Reg / OTC Clearing
The team is involved in clearing across a variety of products (Rates, credit and FX). The team is globally distributed will include options to travel to New York, however this isn’t a pre req for the role.
The program in particular is focussed around regulatory reform and this role would be involved in supporting the programme manager in this space. The particular focus of the group falls around EMIR and Dodd Frank, working with business line COOs and SMEs to enable the firm to establish and document the reg requirements through a clear IT and change process.
This role will require you to establish and manage / maintain a number of project disciplines:
- Governance
- Meetings
- Common Status Reporting
- Planning
- Approach
- Risk
- Issue Tracking
Outlined activities of the candidate day to day:
- Own EMIR project management activities for the Clearing PMO
- Assess the impact of EMIR clearing relevant articles across OTC Clearing
- Ensure correct ownership of implementation activities
- Monitor implementation of remediation/regulatory conformance activities
- Working with Legal to ensure that regulatory requirements are understood by stakeholders
- Ensure communication of EMIR initiatives and priorities
- Be PMO liaison person with the Programme Coordination Office for regulatory rule impact analysis and business sign-off
