Job Description
- The VP will be responsible primarily for sourcing and leading execution for growth transactions across multiple industries. This includes spearheading financial modeling and fundamental sector analysis as well as strong originations and relationship management work.
- It is critical for the new team-member to be comfortable speaking to all levels of company management, investment banking counterparts, and other parties.
- This role relies heavily on superior financial modeling skills - an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel including running various scenarios, iterative processes and result optimization is critical.
The Successful Applicant
- Track record of success with a degree for top-tier local or international institutions in a relevant field of study is a must; MBA from a top 10 school preferred
- Candidates for this opportunity must have strong financial modeling gained with a top-tier global investment bank; ideally 1-2 years experience within a global or regional Private Equity fund
- A minimum of 5 years relevant experience
- Solid communication skills with fluency in English and Mandarin
