Our client is global bank with significant presence across Asia Pacific. They are known for a strong brand and established business in Asia. This is an newly approved funded project and there is a new for a dynamic Project Manager for Product Control which aims to reduce the processes and automate the workflow.
You design and implement an organisational project structure that works effectively and maximises efficiency. Manage day to day operational aspects of project. Develop detailed project plans and milestones using appropriate tracking mechanism. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Assess resource requirement and highlight to the senior management and the project group on a timely basis. Effectively co-ordinate and run Project working committee and Project Steering committee meetings. You ensure user requirements are documented clearly in the form of Business requirement and Functional Specification documents. You obtain and record approvals received from users on the business requirements.
You are degree holder with minimum 10 - 15 years of relevant work experience. Working experience of automation of processes and strong knowledge of Product Control processes particularly around Cancel/Amends and Off Market Rate reporting workflows is essential. Working Knowledge on Ms Office suite of products especially Ms Project Ms Visio.
Resilient, Enthusiastic Result Oriented; a change driver who challenges the status quo in a creative manner. Excellent communication skills and presentation skills, both oral and written. Strong track record of delivering projects which are multifaceted.
