VP Project Finance

The successful Power Project Finance hire will be responsible for:

Originating and structuring new and existing Power Project Finance transactions relating in the Asia Pacific region

To execute Power industry project financing mandates, including financial modelling, preparing presentation packages/ financial proposals, credit applications, reviewing project documentation and negotiating with clients

Offer a Power business industry expertise and preferably from the Asia region

Lead dealings with Export Credit Agencies (ECA) both as direct lenders as well as providers of PRI cover for Power Project Finance transactions.

Regional travel as and when required

The successful Project Finance hires will offer the following experience:

Tertiary degree

Possess 10 years experience in Project Finance with the majority of experience from the Power industry

Offer extensive experience in dealing with the Export Credit Agencies (ECA’s) with particular exposure to JBIC, NEXI. KEXIM, KSure, ChinaExim, Sinosure.

A thorough understanding of financial analysis, financial modelling and credit knowledge

The ability to be self driven and enjoy the challenge in meeting business targets in the project finance business

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
