VP – Project Management, Financial Control, Investment Bank recruitment
Responsible for Project planning, steering and execution of single workstream within a larger Project or Programme or small scale projects across Finance and Middle Office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Track project progress against agreed milestones and re-plan when necessary
- Manage a project team, identify resource requirements and, with the programme manager, procure required resources
- Ensure financial accountability against approved budget
- Deliver projects to agreed quality standards
- Prepare and chairs regular meetings for progress review with stakeholders
- Provide regular programme transparency by reporting project status via appropriate tools such as project dashboards
- Manages negotiations and prioritisation effectively
- Identifies risks and issues and defines actions to mitigate; escalates issues as appropriate
With a background in the Investment Banking you will have a proven Project Management track record preferably from within the Finance functions. You must have good analytical skills, and be able to demonstrate flexibility regarding problem solving.
