VP – Project Manager / Business Analyst
Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager within the Operations Change portfolio, supporting global change for Settlements and External Validation for OTC products - primarily focused on FX.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining partnerships across business and IT particularly within Operations and Finance
- Managing budget process for projects
- Providing management reporting on inflight projects
- Definition and implementation of strategic solutions for Operations to meet Operational Risk targets
- Managing 3 direct reports
Qualifications:
- In depth knowledge of FX products preferred
- Several years of experience in Operations change. Previous Operations line experience desirable
- Proven business analysis and project skills – business requirements gathering, producing project plans, governance, managing testing processes.
- Confident and self-motivated with a proactive approach
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills - Ability to convey detailed problems to senior management
- Good time management skills and proven ability in meeting deadlines and working a pressurized team / environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to learn new technology / processes quickly
