This top 10 accountancy practice is looking for part qualified ACAs to make the switch from external to internal audit. Due to continual growth and demand an ambitious part qualified accountant / auditor is needed to join this excellent firm. You role will be to carry out internal audit on a range of clients, mainly covering the public sector and governmental institutions. You will assist in the planning of audits, carry out fieldwork and assist in final reports. Rather than reviewing financial statements you will be focussing on the internal controls of the business and making recommendations on how businesses can improve from an operational view which in turn will have an impact on their financial performance.
The ideal candidate will be part way through their ACA qualification and have a good exam record to date. Ideally you will have external audit experience from a mid tier accountancy firm. You will enjoy dealing with clients and have the ability and confidence to interact and advise them. The successful individual will be able to demonstrate some knowledge of internal audit and a reason as to why they wish to pursue a career in this field.
