VP Projects – Corporate Banking Client Services recruitment

Our client is a leading Global Bank and due to expansion of their corporate banking business they are looking for a Client services specialist with a proven track record in a contact centre environment.

This role is focussing on the improvement and implementation of new client service initiatives to support client e-platforms  the treasury and cash business are upheld to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities include:-

-Investigating current procedures and workflow life cycle.

-Metrics reporting on call volumes and cost/benefit analysis to define any problems.

-Scope out business requirements such as allocation of employees, technical client servicing skills, productivity and resolution levels.

-Investigate best practice across the client servicing sector and provide useful recommendations.

-Implementation of solutions via training of staff, process re-alignment and re-engineering.

-Ability to manage stakeholders of all levels from junior employees to Senior Management across various business disciplines.

To be successful in your application you will:-

-Have a proven track record in Corporate Banking especially in the understanding of Treasury and cash products.

-A sound grasp of how contact centres operate from both the customer and employee perspectives.

-Strong project management skills with the ability to analyse and write reports as well as deal with a wide range of personalities and business units.

-PMP, Six Sigma certification would be favourable.
