Job Description

*Lead overall efforts to develop, enhance and rollout new ATM/CDM functionalities to support key Consumer Banking propositions in China.
*Product Governance and co-ordination.
*Feasibility study of new ideas and concept paper development
*BAU program management

Key Roles Responsibilities

*Develop channel innovation agenda to enhance key CB propositions, responsible for the overall development and end-to-end operations of the ATM channel.
*Manage project cost and efficiency of ATM channel
*Track and manage overall reliability of ATM channel by working with key TO counterparts in country
*Customer feedback consolidation and filter out the real/potential opportunity
*ATM business performance MIS.
*Frontline training and communication
*Regulatory report preparation.

Qualifications Skills

University degree preferably in business or technology
8-10 years working experience preferable in financial industry
Preferably familiar with the SCB's operation procedure and system.
Relevant experience in managing and launching business projects which include implementation of a technology platform
Strong business acumen and technical sense.
Strong project management skills from planning to launch to on-going marketing and management.
Resilience, with strong leadership, sense of responsibility, communication and interpersonal skills.
Acute in identifying opportunities and resolutions.
Result-oriented and strong execution skills.
