They have a global reach with offices in Switzerland, San Francisco, New York, São Paulo, London, Guernsey, Paris, Luxembourg, Munich, Dubai, Singapore, Beijing, Seoul, Tokyo and Sydney.
You will join the UK sales team and be responsible for building and developing relationships with institutional investors to cover the private markets.
The Role:
- You will be responsible for the capital raising effort for the firm’s real estate, infrastructure, debt and private equity funds.
- Contribute to building an efficient and successful sales strategy.
- Identify areas for new business development and proactively ensure frequent communication with existing clients in order to promote new potential opportunities and developing existing ones.
- Proactively co-ordinate and plan the execution of new products onto the market.
Skills/Experience:
- Previous experience working in a business development role within an asset manager dealing with alternative investments- real estate and/or private equity and/or infrastructure and/or debt funds is preferable.
- Can demonstrate previous success in a capital raising position.
- Show an in depth understanding and knowledge of the real estate/infrastructure/private equity space.
- Previous experience/knowledge of the private markets would be beneficial.
- Previous experience working and building relationships with institutional investors.
- Fluency in a foreign European language would be beneficial but not essential.
