My client, one of the market leaders for the Securities Services Space is looking for a seasoned operations manager with extensive knowledge of global custody.
This is an interesting hybrid role in which you are just 2 level down from the COO's office. From an overall management point of view, the role will work closely with Product Management and Technology counterparts to map prevailing market opportunities and continually upgrade the overall capabilities solutions. From an operations point of view, the role will lead effforts to design, implement and maintian and operating model for the global custody group.
You should be a professional with:
- More than 10 years of direct experience in Securities Services Operations role. Your exposure to global custody is critical
- Experience in process re-engineering, business transformation, IT implementation.
- Strong stakeholders management skills and advanced change management skills.
