VP Service Delivery Manager Travel Management / Travel Manager – Leading Investment Bank recruitment
Leading Investment Bank is looking for a Travel Service Delivery Manager who will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the Travel Management vision and strategy for the bank, translating and implementing the strategy at a local level or in a product specific context.
The role holder has responsibility to manage day to day operations of local travel related services and supporting high density customer focused products. The Travel Manager is accountable for workstream performance outcomes within their assigned client group. Main responsibilities include; implementing strategies to deliver continuous improvement through implementation of best practices, manager customer escalations and ensure customer satisfaction, execution of agreed projects and manage service provision through strategic partners, vendor management, technology platform support, invoice processing and allocation of costs back to user groups, MI productions and full program ownership/management.
- Significant and proven experience in a procurement and/ or travel technology role managing and leading large-scale travel programmes.
- Understanding of travel concepts, codes and systems (operations, air, hotel, interactive, MIS)
- Proven Project Management experience is essential – ideally 5years in Travel space
- Strong experience in the Travel Industry, ideally with practical travel management experience both within and outside the region.
