VP Structured Credit & ABS Product Control
A leading global bank is currently seeking a VP for there Structured Credit ABS Product Control desk managing a team of 4, you will also be responsible for driving through change and will be required to operate at senior management level.
You will also be required to ensure timely, accurate, fully substantiated and compliant financial and management reporting of the Structured Credit and ABS Investments business.
Key responsibilities include:
Interpretation and implementation of complex accounting determinations across numerous structures and issues
Process improvement
Daily and monthly controls performance
Challenging current booking structures, especially around complex structures, to ensure limited manual intervention and correct accounting and cash flows
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant. To be successful you will need to have a strong knowledge of Structured Products including Credit, Fixed Income or Equity. You will also strong experience of coaching and developing teams.
