Our client is a leading Investment Bank with a long history of success in Asia Pacific. Focused on investing in its people, the need has arisen to appoint a Vice President, Talent Development to partner with one of its major regional divisions.
Leading Investment Bank - Strategic Regional Role
Reporting to the Head of Talent Development APAC, you will work in partnership with your divisional, regional and global HR Specialist counterparts and Senior Business Leaders to drive the strategic talent and development agenda for this significant population group across the region. Your focus will be to diagnose learning needs that build group wide and divisional capability, then scope and design and deliver commercially sound solutions. In addition, you will also be responsible for the talent and performance portfolio regionally.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong and stable track record in Talent Management Leadership Development - 10+ years. . Ideally you will have worked in a large, professional matrix organisation, dealing with a variety of cultures and nationalities. Experience in the Financial Services/Banking sector is preferred. You will have the ability to influence at all levels, passionate about driving change and achieving tangible outcomes. You will have good project management skills with the ability to prioritise and identify requirements. The successful candidate should also be degree educated with professional accreditations for development assessment.
