VP, Trade Finance, Bulge Bracket Bank
Our client is a Bulge Bracket Bank. Their Global Trade Finance Department offers solutions to provide liquidity, mitigate risk and connect counterparties in order to facilitate trade flows. Our fortress balance sheet, local expertise and global capacity enable us to support international trade with short, medium and long-term financing solutions.
The role is a Vice President level to originate and execute new business for our Global Trade Finance Department.
· Origination and execution experience in supply chain/accounts receivable structures a plus.
· Identify and pitch Trade Finance solutions (including Supply Chain/Accounts Receivables/Letters of Credit) for new and existing customers in order to expand Trade Finance business opportunities.
· Prepare presentation materials and term sheets for potential deals and clients.
· Prepare credit applications and documentation.
· Collaborate with Corporate Banking departments, middle office, back office and other trade finance overseas offices to pitch deals.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates should have a strong knowledge and expertise of Trade Finance products with a minimum of 5-8 years work experience in a corporate bank and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Client Executive in the front office of a corporate bank in a Trade Finance area. Experience in working with industrial, automotive, technology, retail and consumer companies preferable. Specific Supply Chain and Accounts Receivable experience desirable. Successful candidates will have excellent financial analysis and credit skills, have the ability to work well in a team, and possess good interpersonal and communication skills.

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or Accounting.
