Our client is an established global bank with significant presence in Asia Pacific. It continues to garner multiple industry accolades and has consistently delivered strong financial performance. It is now seeking a dynamic individual to join its Singapore operations team.
Reporting to the Head of Trade Operations, you will manage a team supporting the bank's Singapore business. You will actively manage your team’s performance and development to ensure high operational standards and compliance with regulations and policies. You will also ensure robust controls, continuous process improvements and play a key role in strategic infrastructure initiatives.
You are degree qualified with relevant experience gained in trade finance operations in major banks. You have strong managerial and leadership skills, is hands on and possess strong communication, presentation, interpersonal and relationship management skills.
