VP, Treasury Management Job in Phoenix 85018, Arizona US

Markets treasury management products/services to new and existing clients utilizing consultative selling approach to identify client’s needs.  Primary role is to build a portfolio of new clients through personal selling efforts.  Has established professional referral sources and routinely adds/upgrades these contacts.  As needed, makes sales calls with Relationship Managers and other business development associates to develop new client relationships.

Qualifications:

·         5 - 7 years of  banking and/or treasury management experience, in market preferred

·         3 – 5 years sales experience required

·         Must possess excellent sales and customer service skills along with verbal and written communication skills

·         College Degree Preferred

·         Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint 

·         Must have the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Job Responsibilities:

·         Builds a portfolio of new treasury clients through personal selling efforts

·         Actively develops prospects through referrals and business contacts

·         As needed, collaborates with lenders, bank presidents, and other new business development staff for the purpose of building deposits and generating fee income

·        Prepares and presents professional and customized treasury/DDA sales proposals for prospective clients

·         Directs sales process from initial proposal to implementation, installation, training and follow-up

·         Cross-sells treasury products to existing clients

·         Completes annual treasury management reviews with top TM clients 

·         Constantly gauges the market and/or competition for new treasury products or enhancements to existing products

·         Helps to ensure that our company continues to stay competitive as it relates to technology and new product offerings
