VP, Treasury Product Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team driving revenue achievement
- Develop and enhance existing and new treasury products
- Write product policies, design workflow, procedures and sales materials
- Formulate marketing strategies and support the relationship managers and sales goal, in particular on derivatives and structured products
- Ensure the product launch and sales processes are in good operations as well as in compliance with policies and guidelines of the Bank and regulatory bodies
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above in Finance and Business Administration
- Minimum 8 years of experience in treasury product development and structuring
- Excellent knowledge of various aspects of treasury products, market practice, risk and regulatory requirements
- Good knowledge of MIS and EXCEL operations
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and project management skills
- Fluency in English and Chinese, including Mandarin
