VP, Vendor Relationship
Our client, a top tier investment bank, are looking to attract a highly experienced Vendor Relationship Manager coming from a Global Wholesale Banking/Technology and Operations background to sit within their global vendor management function.
As Vendor Relationship Manager, you will be directly responsible for managing and servicing the vendor relationships for Global Wholesale Banking, Technology and Operations for the EMEA region.
It is essential candidates come from a similar vendor relationship management capacity from a similar sized investment bank demonstrating strong project management and analytical skills to drive multiple tasks and initiatives simultaneously through to integration across multiple teams and functions. Your system skills will include PowerPoint and Excel to advanced level and you will be commercially astute.
Your relationship management skills will be second to none and you will be accustomed to working across diverse teams within a complex matrix environment. A high degree of report production is required for SLT and US management including carrying out detailed product costs analysis.
Specific project management skills will include tracking actions and holding vendor and stakeholder meetings working directly with stakeholders and regional finance to understand the impact of rate/volume changes for the regional budget.
This is a varied, and senior role requiring like for like experience coupled with a minimum of a 2.1 degree within a financial or mathematical discipline.
