Customer Relations Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Banking Administrators based in our Sheffield site. 

About the role

Working in a small busy team, you’ll be providing administration support for our agency network. You will start your day by prioritising work that needs to be actioned from the daily agency returns and there are routine daily control checks which we need to complete, so you need to be able to work quickly and accurately with numerical data, but at the same time resilient and not put off by repetitive tasks.

Main accountabilities

· Providing an efficient administration service for the Agencies, updating customer databases and ensuring all data is input correctly

· Conducting a monitoring function on all transactions processed by agencies through the daily checking of Agency returns.

· Processing ISA applications from Agency staff to ensure it complies with money laundering procedures.

· Working to deadlines and quality targets.

The hours for this post are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and it is an ongoing temporary contract.  If you have any queries about the vacancy please submit your application and post any questions in your covering note.
