VP/AVP, APPLICATION DELIVERY MANAGER (ENTERPRISE BANKING SYSTEMS)
A well-established Bank with a strong regional presence and footprint
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for planning, developing, tracking, implementing and maintaining of banking software applications systems.
• Will be involved in project tracking and controlling of application development phases and activities in compliance to IT Application policies, standards and procedures
• Manage and lead team to provide application development and support for related banking systems.
• Manage vendor or project team to ensure successful delivery of projects
• Ensure application features functionalities adhere to business requirement and quality, including reliability, security and performance
• Formulate comprehensive system test plan aligned with project scope, quality requirements and targets.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of solid experience in application design and development for AVP and minimum 8 years for VP.
• At least 3 years of strong experience in team leading and technical project management.
• Strong analysis, problem solving and programming skills and/or background (web services development).
• Ability to deliver high quality and efficient solutions within tight deadlines.
• Extensive exposure with various SDLC methodologies.
• Able to work with large project team.
• Knowledge on change control management.
