Key Deliverables
Drive Relationship Management (RM) strategy for listed companies
- Establish manage RM team targets
- Support pre-listings’ team RM coverage
Manage Corporate Services sales target and related budget
- Provide strategic guidance to sales team
Own listed company customer experience including:
- Monitoring of customer needs, feedback and satisfaction levels
- Mix of services and process efficiencies
- Seeking of new and enhancing existing revenue streams
Interact with listed companies to achieve all of the above.
Requirements
- University degree with minimum 8 years work experience related to customer management and financial services industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with C-level executives
- Customer service orientation and management
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Pro-active, independent and self-motivated
- Detail oriented with strategic thinking capabilities
- Strong people skills with the ability to communicate and motivate
- Ability to tolerate ambiguity, and manage multiple projects, shifting priorities and deadline pressures with demonstration of problem-solving leadership.
