Job Summary:

GCA Services Group is seeking skilled and motivated operators to become part of our client's fab team within their state of the art factories in Chandler, AZ. These positions will be required to sustain and run the factory floor with primary responsibility of supporting manufacturing process and production execution. The Wafer Fab Operator position is a shift work position (6AM-6PM and/ or 6PM-6AM). Flexibility is critical to achieving the highest level of success within this project. Our team members perform a variety of functions such as wafer fabrication, test and/or probe, operating machines/equipment to produce output according to the specifications and procedures defined by our client. GCA Services team members must be able to work independently and perform duties with the highest level of professionalism.

 

Experience and Skills:

Requirements

•High School Diploma or equivalent. Associates degree preferred.

•Minimum 2 years professional work experience or equivalent military training / experience

•Fluent in English Language – written verbal

Able to perform shift work on a 12 hours per day shift schedule

•Able to work in a cleanroom environment per semi-conductor protocol/requirements

•Able to wear all required clean room protective clothing and equipment for normal 12 hour shift (excluding breaks)

•Ability to perform work in a standing position for majority of a 12 hour shift (excluding breaks)

•Able to lift a minimum of 15 pounds on a periodic basis throughout the shift and push 30 lbs.

•Demonstrated ability to operate computer and system interface programs to ensure appropriate computing and analysis of production information

•Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures to complete tasks and required documentation

•Demonstrated work performance in an environment requiring high level of attention to detail and timeliness

•Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize activities.

•Strong team player with ability to work well within a team
