To be considered for this role you will have restructuring experience and have worked on Independent Business Reviews (IBR). An accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA or Equivalent is preferential.)
You will have the opportunity to work in company services;
- advising clients on liquidity management, working capital initiatives, financial projections, contingency planning, asset sales, and capital structure modifications.
- Creditor rights; The creditor rights team maximizes recovery for unsecured creditors of distressed companies
- Lender services; Lender services experts assess the key areas of lender concern, including the distressed borrower’s current operating environment, liquidity position and business plan.
- Monitoring services; For companies that are planning or already have completed a transaction or have a market position that substantially lessens competition.
