Hays Healthcare is proud to be representing one of the UKs leading providers of Cosmetic Surgery. We are looking for a confident and keen Ward Nurse to join their 40 person team in the Fitzrovia District, West London.
The clinic has four floors and boasts an impressive 16 bedrooms, 13 consultation rooms and 2 surgical operating theatres. This is an environment where any medical professional will flourish and where the right candidate can really develop themselves and their career.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join and become a valuable component within a multi-disciplinary team. You will be required to oversee all aspects of the patient journey; key responsibilities include ensuring you provide a patient- centric and efficient level of care at all times, and developing and maintaining communicative relationships with both colleagues and service users is imperative and will assist greatly in ensuring care- plans are as effective as possible.
The ideal candidate will have an up to date level of knowledge in an acute medicine or surgery setting and be familiar with post- surgical care procedures. Our client greatly encourages internal progression and training; however a broad level of knowledge will provide the perfect foundation for a new employee.
You will be NMC Registered and fully conversant will the NMC Code of Conduct, possess a minimum of 12 months experience in a surgical setting and with post- surgical care, possess previous experience in an acute hospital setting and have the legal right to work in the UK. Cosmetic experience is not essential as full training will be given.
